Whilst flexibility, strength, health and fitness(even weight loss!) are achieved, the mind is calmed, leading to mental clarity, focus and peace. These classes use creative sequencing to energize and uplift you, whilst individual hands-on adjustments help to deepen your practice.

Please bring a mat, if you have one and a blanket for relaxation. Come and enjoy your yoga journey in a non-competitive, friendly atmosphere.
