Mark Collins has over 25 years experience in internal and external martial arts. He started training in Karate in 1979. He later went on to train in other external martial arts, Tae Kwon Do and then Yun Jung Do, teaching the latter for 5 years (also taking classes in Aikido, Ju- Jitsu and Kung Fu along the way).
Mark is a registered instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain and still attends regular courses/workshops with Grandmaster Chen Xioawang, Chen Ying Jun, Karel Koskuba and Master Wing Cheung, as well as some private lessons with Mark Leonard.
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that helps to maintain posture alignment and flexibility through gentle movement. Tai Chi alleviates muscle and joint problems with a focus on back, shoulders, and neck.
