Therapeutic Massage through a combination of nurturing touch and awareness therapeutic massage creates an environment to meet the needs of each individual as a whole person.
Physically, it relaxes tight muscles, improves the circulation of blood and lymph in our bodies and enhances muscle tone and joint mobility. Massage can also help treat the sorts of chronic and muscular problems that many people have including; muscle tension, cramping, physical disabilities, recreation or activity related injuries and stiffness.
Emotionally, massage can provide a caring non-intrusive atmosphere that allows relaxation thereby reducing stress. Working with the energy centres within the body assists in the release of emotional tension thus restoring mind, body and spirit to their natural state of balance.
