Vicky qualified with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy from the University of  the West of England in 1998.  Since then she has gained experience in musculoskeletal, respiratory, paediatrics, orthopaedic and neurology physiotherapy.  Vicky is currently undertaking her Masters degree in Neurological Rehabilitation.

Vicky has worked in both acute and community settings including a stroke unit and out patients in Bristol.  She has recently had experience in a community team visiting patients in their own home to enable them to achieve their full rehabilitation potential within an environment which is essential to them.

For the last two years Vicky has been working as a clinical specialist in neurological rehabilitation within the Gloucestershire care services, dealing with rehabilitation in Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and other neurological conditions.

Vicky has training in both the Bobath and Motor Relearning approaches and uses a thorough assessment to be able to make a comprehensive treatment programme to suit each individual.  Vicky also has experience in providing advice and information on maintaining independence and exercise for people with long term conditions.

Vicky holds clinical times at the Courtyard Clinic and also Domiciliary Care is available by appointment.
