Matt Sherrington

A Member of the Health Professions Council, Matt joined the Courtyard Clinic in August 2007. Matt qualified with a BSc (Hons) in physiotherapy from the University of the West of England in 1999. Since then he has worked in Australia and Hospitals in Cheltenham and Gloucester.

His experience lies within Sports Physiotherapy, working for a Sports Injury Clinic in Gloucester and for the Gloucester Rugby Football Club Academy and United Sides.

Matt has worked with both in and out patient units and developed a wide range of skills, relating to both acute problems and long term rehabilitation. He is a qualified hand therapist and includes acupuncture and hydrotherapy amongst his treatment modalities.

When he has some spare time he spends it raising his young family, and is now training on becoming ‘a Dad’.
