Tui Na (pronounced ”twee nah”)
Tui Na means ”push and grasp”. It is part of Traditional Chinese Massage together with acupuncture, herbal medicine and Qi Gong.
Tui Na uses a wide variety of techniques, many of these being quite vigourous, robust and unique, focusing pressure on the acupoints and meridians.
In China it is used in hopsitals as a medical massage to treat most common ailments.

- Boosts the immue system.
- Leaves the patient in a state of deep physical & mental relaxation, revitalised and with a sense of wellbeing.
