James joined courtyard clinic in March 2011 as a sports masseur.

 In 2008 James gained a BSc honours in Sport and Physical Education from The University Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC) he then followed this degree with a diploma in sports therapy and massage.

 James has spent the past 3years working for Exeter Chiefs RFC as their sports masseur, where he has had great success working with their first team and gaining promotion to the Aviva Premiership in 2010

 James experience lies within Sports injuries and specialises in soft tissue. He has worked with a variety of teams from both men and women and in November 2011 worked for Manu Samoa on there tour of the British Isles.

 James can help from everyday stresses and strains on the body to acute injury management of soft tissue injuries he can offer a wide range of treatments from deep tissue massage to maximising recovery.
